You are only two blocks below the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Town Shuttle stops nearby and it’s a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

The Base 9 condominiums are just a couple blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s Main Street and a short walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair. This affordable condo property features an onsite clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub, patio and changing rooms. The complimentary town shuttle stops right at the complex.

Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
