The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

These rustic mountain condominiums are a short pleasant stroll into the picturesque Town of Breckenridge. Enjoy the luxury of skiing back to your unit and walking to the Snowflake Chairlift right across the street. Four O'Clock Lodge offers one bedroom and one bedroom plus loft units on the ski run. There is also a free town shuttle stop in front of the complex. Access is provided to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. These units are perfectly located near the Snowflake Lift. In addition to the amenities listed these units also offer a balcony and kitchen for your convenience.

Twin Elk Lodge is located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Avenue within 3 blocks of Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Twin Elk Lodge is conveniently located adjacent to the complimentary town shuttle stop for fast access to the ski area bases, and approximately 250 yards to the BreckConnect Gondola. At the end of your ski day, take the Skyway Skiway to the underground walkway and you will be a short walk back to the Lodge.

Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.
