The Chateau at Dyer Trail is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom mountain view home that sleeps 10 in Summit County and is close to Breck’s Main Street Gondola ski lift. Guests will love the incredible primary bedroom, the home’s interior woodwork, a billiards room, and a large back deck with a 6-8 person hot tub.

Powder Moose Villa is a 5 bedroom 5 bath house located 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge (no shuttle service). This beautiful home has a full kitchen, gas woodstove, high speed internet access and a large deck with an outdoor hot tub and gas grill. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level, complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV. For the athletes in the group, there is a yoga room with a stationary bike and a small flat screen TV. A laundry room, mud room, and 2-car garage complete the home’s amenities. Cawha Outlook Chalet is located approximately 300 yards from the 4 O’clock Ski Run. The nearest Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately 5 blocks away on Ski Hill Rd. During winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

You'll be a two-minute walk from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.
