Boulder Vista is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the Boulder Circle subdivision, a 5-minute walk to the shuttle stop, and just a few minutes from the base area of Peak 8. You'll be a two-minute walk from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.
