Old Town Retreat Home

Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

Offering six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two powder rooms, each bedroom has an attached ensuite and can easily sleep up to 18 people. The main suite offers a fireplace, a double vanity ensuite and stunning views of the mountain. Each bedroom offers open, contemporary design, providing a sense of space and warmth. The lower basement level offers an oversized bunk room and Jack and Jill bathroom. Adjacent to the bunk room is a family room featuring a wet bar and games, perfect for the kids. Generous decks surround the home and you can enjoy the fire pit on the deck just off the kitchen and the Utah custom-made Bullfrog hot tub. The large lawn boasts added space and areas for entertainment. Additional space includes a cozy den and a ski/boot up room adjacent from the garage entrance.

Gorgeous, Dog-Friendly, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home nestled on a private 2 1/2 acre lot with expansive mountain views and the stunning Swaner Preserve. Just a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants, shopping and resorts, this spacious and cozy home sleeps 7 and provides the ultimate winter wonderland experience with access to everything you need, but privacy from the hustle and bustle of being in-town. The Old Ranch Road home is on the Swaner Preserve and includes a washer/dryer, a mountain view, wi-fi internet access, fireplaces and plenty of space for guests to spread out. Bedding in the rental includes 1 King bed and in the remodeled, master bedroom, and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom and a twin daybed in the fourth bedroom. Both the master and second bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, and the third room has a separate, full bath. This comfortable property is great for families or couples and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location, allows a quiet drive to Canyons Village, allowing guests to avoid the bulk of traffic associated with the resorts.
