One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.
