The Motherlode condos are located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. These cozy condos feature a full kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. They also have access to a ski locker, shared laundry room and underground parking for one vehicle. Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile from Park City’s Main Street. Comprised of three buildings, Resort Plaza condominiums offer underground parking with elevator access, and an off- site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.

Crescent Ridge Condominiums offer privacy in a secluded, beautiful mountain setting. The complex sits in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City, approximately one half mile from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the nearby Silver Star lift. Crescent Ridge Condominiums provide garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub. Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway. You are walking distance to the free shuttle, but a car is recommended due to the steep hillside access.

Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

Double Jack offers spacious and well-appointed Park City condominiums located in a small building in the a historic old town. Main Street is just minutes away from Double Jack and Park City Mountain Resort is within walking distance, too. The condos are equipped with a private sauna and hot tub for guests to warm up in after a long day on the slopes

The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

Red Pine condominiums are located near the heart of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. They are attractively blended into the natural surroundings and offer wonderful mountain views.
