1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

Ideally located in the heart of Historic Old Town Park City, the Motherlode condos are perfect for the traveler who wants the downtown experience of Park City, with convenient access to skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. Only a block from the free city-wide shuttle, it's easy to venture to Deer Valley® Resort, Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, or other Park City area destinations from this location. The Motherlode condos are located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift and a half mile from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system. Some units have private hot tubs and wireless internet access.
