Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

The Mountaineer Townhomes are situated in the Tyra Subdivision just above the Snowflake Lift, one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop and 4.5 blocks to Historic Main Street. These multi-level townhome offers beautiful mountain and downtown views with a mountain stream running just behind the property. Each townhome has an open living area with a gas fireplace and private balcony. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and one-car garage.

Tall Pines

Leading the way to Peak 8 on Ski Hill Road, the Tall Pines Townhomes sit just off the Four O'Clock ski run with ski access to the Snowflake Chairlift. This multi-level townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths. The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace and has a full entertainment center where you can watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen 42" TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a butcher block bar with seating for four people and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the rustic wood dining table for six.
