The Waterwall House is situated in a quiet area and is close to the Breckenridge Golf Course with the slopes being only a short drive away. This newly renovated 4-bedroom charmer is modern and tasteful with a stylish interior design, unique architectural accents, and a welcoming vibe. On the main level, plenty of natural light fills the open floor plan with its vaulted wood plank and exposed beam ceilings, a large stone gas fireplace, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. A chef’s kitchen has all the upgrades, custom cabinetry, and plenty of space to prepare meals, including a centre island with seating for six. There is additional seating for four in the living room at an extendable table.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Modern Alpine Escape is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 12 in the Highlands neighborhood—a short drive from Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. The mix of mid-century modern furnishings creates a timeless look that friends and family can comfortably relax on, including the blue-green curved sectional sofa, which surrounds a dark stone gas fireplace. A quaint dining area divides the kitchen from the living room and seats 8. Guests can access a small patio with a private hot tub through the sliding glass doors.

This lovely log cabin home, called Pine River Cabin, offers a location close to the action but removed enough to be a serene, mountain retreat. The home is constructed with Colorado pine and decorated with locally made furniture and artwork, giving it a true cabin ambiance. It’s not all “home on the range”; this cabin features modern amenities including a gourmet kitchen with a Jenaire gas range, flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms and nicely appointed bathrooms. There is also a private hot tub and deck for soaking in the forest scenery.
