Beaver Run Resort

Boasting a long list of world-class amenities and convenient access to the slopes, Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is one of Breckenridge’s most popular properties. This ski-in/ski-out property is located on the ski run above the base of Peak 9, making it an excellent choice for the skier or snowboarder looking to get as much time on the slopes as possible. Beaver Run Resort offers a variety of amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, seven outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, video arcade, retail stores, mini market/deli, bars and restaurants, ski and snowboard rental shops, business center, and complimentary in-town shuttle.

Maggie Point

The Homes at Maggie Point are townhomes located within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge. They offer an open, two-level floor plan with gorgeous mountain views, vaulted ceilings and wood floors all encompassed in a warm mountain décor. Features include a private deck, laundry facilities, gas fireplace, and 1-car garage.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Base Camp II

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

Clifton Lodge

The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge is a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship, with fallen Montana timbers of lodge pole pine and spruce trees. This is a quintessential, western log home radiating classic, mountain comfort. Enormous picture windows and half-moon shaped windows shower the main level with natural lighting and incredible mountain vistas. Clifton Lodge is located right on the 4 O Clock ski run, perfectly situated for the ultimate ski-in access, and the Snowflake Lift is just across the street. The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

Sunrise Ski Haus

This gorgeous home boasts mountain modern detailing in an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and dining room area on the main level. The expansive windows in the living area offer beautiful views of Baldy Mountain and the town of Breckenridge. Sunrise Ski Haus is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood of Breckenridge. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take you to Peak 7 & Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. There are two living areas on separate floors to provide plenty of space for your group to spread out. Both living areas lend themselves to fun and relaxation with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, a Sonos audio system in addition to a wet bar in the lower level. The gorgeous outdoor patio features a private hot tub, a fire pit and a gas grill in a beautiful alpine setting.

Shekel Haus

Seek seclusion at Shekel Haus, a five-bedroom private residence located in North Breckenridge a few minutes’ drive--or shuttle ride--from downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort and Gold Run Nordic Center. Shekel Haus guests enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range, three living areas, a hot tub and a beautiful game room. Shekel Haus sleeps up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath.
