Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Silverado II is a unique resort property that combines the space and conveniences of a two-bedroom condominium with many of the amenities and services frequently found in a hotel setting, including an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, sauna, game room, and on-site laundry.

Parry Peak Lofts combine metro sleekness with classic mountain style at the base of Winter Park Resort. Located in the heart of the Village and just a few steps from coffee shops, restaurants and chairlifts, Parry Peaks Lofts are at the center of all that Winter Park has to offer. These luxury two-level condos have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, gourmet kitchens and premium baths with Jacuzzis. The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is a full-service hotel with 110 rooms, a restaurant, indoor pool and two indoor hot tubs. Accommodations are comfortable and affordable. The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. Outside is a large wrap around patio is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor hot tub and gas grill. The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.

This beautifully appointed unit spans 1,200 square feet and is located on the building’s first floor. It is important to mention that there are roughly 6 to 8 steps leading to the unit as the ground floor accommodates a one car garage. In the primary living space, there is access to a private balcony that offers mountain views. This area features a gas fireplace, a television, a VCR, a queen sofa sleeper, complimentary Wi-Fi and does not include air conditioning. The layout provides an unobstructed view of both the living and kitchen areas, with a solid wood dining table that accommodates six people.

This expansive and recently updated unit provides an excellent location for a mountain retreat at the foot of the slopes at Granby Ranch.
