Built by Peter Estin, the first head of the ski school at Sugarbush, this home was once frequented by the "jet set" from New York City that used to vacation in this area back in the late 50s and early 60s. Sugarbush Resort is the big attraction in the area, and the slopes are mere steps from the door of Hammerle. In the summer, enjoy disc golf, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, and excellent hiking. Welcome to the newest ski-in/ski-out building at Sugarbush! You'll be only 50 feet from Ski trail. The ski trail is named Out To Lunch and it is an easy trail for beginners. Enjoy a mountain condo with comfortable features at every turn.
