The central focus in the open plan living area is the wood-burning fireplace. The chalet comes with everything you will need, including, washer/dryer, plush bath towels and robes, wireless internet and cable TV. Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. When you are ready to explore Steamboat you can have the shuttle take you the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter. Throughout the year, you can use the community pool, hot tubs and gym.

French doors off the dining area frame beautiful views and walkout to a second balcony. Five bedrooms, spread out on three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level includes a gas fireplace and private access to a covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and Sleeping Giant Mountain. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen.
