Waterford

A hidden gem, tucked away in Steamboat’s mountain village neighborhood, Waterford offers 3-level townhomes, a short shuttle ride to skiing, shopping and dining. Each townhome has over 2,100 square feet of space to spread out and relax in. Included are a private deck, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, wireless internet, and private garage. Waterford provides a winter season shuttle to the ski area.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Evergreens townhomes are located within two blocks of the Steamboat ski area. Each unit has a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, in unit washer/dryer, 1-car garage and private deck with amazing views. Take advantage of the complimentary on-call winter shuttles taking guests to skiing, shopping, dining and other area activities. After a great day on the slopes relax in the common area outdoor hot tub and heated pool.

Welcome to Western Winds Lodge, a townhome with mountain sophistication and a warm ambiance. This 5-bedroom residence is an ideal home base for families seeking convenience and comfort within easy reach of everything. The home is centrally located between downtown Steamboat and the ski resort. It’s close to walking/biking paths and the local tennis/pickleball center.

Norwegian Log

Slide into your boots and ski right to the lifts in the morning at these convenient condominiums directly under the Silver Bullet Gondola. Rugged timbers, stucco and mountain rock create a harmonious contemporary exterior. Norwegian Log's interior motif blends natural wood, wrought iron, colors and textures into an aesthetic Western feel. Your private, sunny balcony presents stunning valley-wide views from the Yampa River to the Flattops Wilderness. When your day on the slopes winds down, it’s about a 100 yard walk back to Norwegian Log where you can head for the slope side outdoor hot tub.

Apex Grande

An extraordinary location, spectacular views and secluded outdoor living spaces are just a few of the many highlights of these two side-by-side townhomes perfect for family reunions or large groups. Together these two residences comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests in 12 bedrooms. Expansive living areas, both inside and out, provide plenty of space for everyone to gather or find a quiet spot for privacy. The floorplans of the residences are similar, yet each residence boasts its own unique character.

Storm Peak Chalet

Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

District House

Urban aesthetics with mountain views. District House is a modern townhome tucked into a new neighborhood that is conveniently located to both downtown Steamboat and the ski area. This 4-bedroom, 4-level residence is filled with natural light and modern amenities and is topped off with a fabulous rooftop deck. From the deck, you have beautiful views looking down the valley from one side and straight up the ski mountain from the other. Settle into the outdoor seating around the fire table, step into the hot tub to soothe your muscles, or enjoy sitting at the outdoor dining table with the patio heater to immerse yourself in the scenery.

Chalet Couloir

Chalet Couloir (pronounced “koo-lwar”) is a beautifully renovated home with loads of natural light, stylish furnishings, and gorgeous views from the ski mountain. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen. This open area is made for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the warmth from the towering stone gas fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living area. A striking chandelier hangs like a piece of suspended art over the dining table that seats 10. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or to chat with the chef at work.

Metropolitan House

Panoramic views of Steamboat’s ski area, Sleeping Giant, and the valley will delight you from the rooftop deck at Metropolitan House. Atop this magical deck, you can relax your sore muscles from a day on the mountain in the hot tub, or kick back with a cocktail while admiring Steamboat Springs. The main level has all you need with a spacious Great Room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, deck with mountain views, dining area and table with seating for 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 4, and an open with a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room. On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage. On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway.
