The Iron Oak Duplex is a contemporary seven bedroom, five and one-half bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to sixteen people, making it the perfect place for small groups or family gatherings. The main floor has a large, conveniently arranged kitchen and dining area that is open to the formal living area a half-level below. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen to a deck with a private hot tub and fabulous views of the ski slopes. Downstairs is a huge game room that is the perfect place for kids to be active…there's even a foosball table! The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away. The Villa at Steamboat is a luxury mountain home (half of a duplex) located between the Sheraton Golf Course and Steamboat Ski Area. Perfect for winter or summer vacations, the Villa is well suited for large groups providing privacy and comfort.

Falconhead Lodge - North is perched above the Yampa Valley with spectacular views overlooking the Steamboat ski area. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings, featuring two kitchens, two living rooms and a sports bar, complete with pool table and flat screen TV. The home is equipped with an elevator, however the spectacular mountain views are best enjoyed via the stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends alongside a four story window. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. Cazador Lodge is a mountain modern luxury home, with many windows offering views of the entire Yampa Valley. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by an expansive great room with more views, comfortable seating, and a jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling metal fireplace. The great room offers numerous openings to the outdoors and strikes a balance between beauty and comfort ultra-modern home.

This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes.
