All bedrooms include flat screen TV's, and smart TVs are in the great room, media room and two guest suites with Wifi. Sunshine Peak also offers an optional roll-away twin bed and a pack 'n play. The in-home Sonos audio system in Sunshine Peak provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an I-phone or I-pad throughout. This stylishly appointed two bedroom residence at Edgemont offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and great views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley. Mountain living is at its best relaxing before a fireplace after a day of adventure on skis. Skyfall Ridge invites you to do just that with a native Colorado sandstone fireplace providing the perfect setting as the alpenglow lights up the snowy views around you. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining at home a cinch. For meals together there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.

Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.

Guests at Rocking Chair Lodge will love this enormous 6 bedroom, 10 bath home located at The Porches, a luxury home community at the gateway to the Steamboat Ski Area. With 10,400 finished square feet, this home is an amazing opportunity for a multi-generational family or corporate group to spend time together. Falconhead Grande Lodge offers unrivalled lodging for large groups, coupled with spectacular views over the Yampa Valley. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings featuring multiple kitchens, living rooms and sports bar / rec rooms with pool table and flat screen TV's. This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility.
