The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

The ski slopes can’t get much closer than this luxurious residence. A few steps down from the deck at Starlight Ridge and you’re gliding onto the Stampede run. When summer rolls around you walk right out to the hiking and biking trails on Mount Werner. You’ll enter this spectacular home straight from the underground parking garage of the Edgemont building into a private foyer. Contemporary décor with Western touches welcomes you into the residence. Off to the left is the private primary king suite with a wet bar complete with sink and beverage refrigerator, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower. Step out on to the suite’s balcony overlooking the pool and hot tubs, gondola and sweeping views looking down the Yampa Valley towards the Flat Top mountains.

Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Raptor Ridge is a striking mountain retreat that combines modern design, sophisticated furnishings, and state-of-the-art amenities to create a sense of zen-like elegance. This five-bedroom residence has a bird’s eye view of the Yampa Valley that greets you the moment you step into the main living space. Soaring ceilings and sky-high walls of windows blur the lines between indoors and out.

The Villa at Steamboat is a luxury mountain home (half of a duplex) located between the Sheraton Golf Course and Steamboat Ski Area. Perfect for winter or summer vacations, the Villa is well suited for large groups providing privacy and comfort.

Emerald Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing guests enjoy spectacular views and convenience to the Steamboat Mountain Resort, just 2 blocks away. Emerald Lodge guests have access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four seasonal pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, poolside BBQ grills and a public lounge area. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

The Landings homes are located in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance of Steamboat’s ski slopes. Each home has a private outdoor hot tub on the deck, a gas fireplace in the living room, a washer/dryer, and 1-car garage.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.
