The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen. This open area is made for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the warmth from the towering stone gas fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living area. Christie Peak Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out house located on the Stampede trail and underneath the Christie Peak Chair Lift. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers two living spaces, open kitchen, billiard room, private hot tub, large wrap around deck and can accommodate a group or families of up to 12 people. Whether relaxing in front of the fire as snowflakes drift lazily down or enjoying the views of the night skiing going by the house, your stay in this home will be memorable.
