The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Situated on the base of the mountain adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort base, slopes are as close to your door as possible. Recharge and hang your hat in the stylish and comfortable confines of the guest rooms. The Meadows at Eagle Ridge offers spacious accommodations just 3 blocks from the ski area. The complex is close enough to conveniently enjoy the ski mountain yet distant enough to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. All units are fully furnished and equipped with and in-unit washer/dryer. Amenities at The Meadows include an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, private ski lockers, BBQ area, elevator access and complimentary heated underground parking.

The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.

Ironwood Townhomes are nestled next to the base of the gondola, giving skiers excellent access to the slopes. Plus, they are a short walk from shopping, dining and entertainment. These lovely multi-level Steamboat Springs ski vacation homes feature designer lighting and up-to-date style. Select Ironwood Townhomes feature fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs and washers and dryers. The complex has two outdoor hot tubs – a wonderful way to unwind after a day of skiing. Alpine views can be enjoyed from throughout the townhomes. Amenities include a heated one-car garage, full kitchen, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Canyon Creek at EagleRidge is located just one block from the shops and restaurant of Gondola Square. On-site amenities are great, with a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and heated underground parking garage. Each condo has a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.

This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

The Landings homes are located in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance of Steamboat’s ski slopes. Each home has a private outdoor hot tub on the deck, a gas fireplace in the living room, a washer/dryer, and 1-car garage.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.
