There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

The Residences at Blackstone is a luxury townhome development located at the base of the Canyons Village area at Park City Mountain. The property is located just off the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course. It is a block away from the Cabriolet, providing quick access to base area lifts, restaurants, shops, and more. The Residences at Blackstone are just a few miles away from downtown Park City. These townhomes have 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, central air conditioning, and private decks.
