The Eagle base lodge next door delivers all your ski resort needs, and in the warmer months you can hit the links at the Sierra Star Golf Course just out your door. The Mammoth Mountain Inn is a great place to base your vacation if you want to wake up on the mountain itself. Stay in a craftsman style condominium or suite. The Inn is comprised of three buildings. All have slopeside access in winter. Amenities include: meeting and banquet facilities, immediate mountain access, in-house ski and snowboard rental shop and complimentary town shuttle.

Obsidian is a gated community, located in the center of town, boasting total privacy and security. The club house has an indoor pool, spa, exercise center, game room, built-in barbecue, patio area, and play area for kids. The club offers a regular shuttle service to the ski lifts available via the concierge desk, or there is also a shuttle stop located right outside the gates offering the convenience to get anywhere in town within minutes. Graystone at Sierra Star is one of Mammoth's newest residential subdivisions located on the 16th fairway of the Sierra Star championship golf course. This unique development, consisting of only seven Craftsman-style homes, is situated on large lots amongst the pine trees and offers a convenient location close to the Village at Mammoth with nearby shuttle bus access to the ski area at the corner of Sierra Star Parkway and Meridian Blvd.

Chateau Blanc has some of our largest "family home" condominiums. These units have well equipped kitchens as well as large living areas. Amenities at the project include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna and laundry facilities.
