Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

Welcome to our charming two-floor, two bedroom, one and a half bathroom Glaze brook condo in Killington, Vermont. Located just off the main road and less than one mile to the slopes, this townhome is the perfect place for your family or group to enjoy all that Killington has to offer - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, fall foliage and so much more. You're close to everything while still being nestled in the woods for an idyllic setting for your holiday. This three bedroom, two bathroom ski condo is located at Sunrise Mountain in Killington. You'll walk in to a two-floor, loft style condo with gorgeous mountain views. On the main floor you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room with balcony and fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the primary bedroom, bathroom and bunk room. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the fire or views. The condo is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services and fireplace. The deck is the perfect place to take in the mountain views in any season.

Wow! Located at the base of Pico Mountain, you have ski on/off access to this great family-friendly mountain resort and you're only 10 minutes to Killington Resort as well. (Secret local's tip: Pico is a great place to ski on peak weekends and holidays when Killington is much busier, and it's always perfect for families.) Our renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place to call home while you're in Killington. Featuring new furnishings and appliances along with some great local artwork, you'll relax by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes and can cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
