These spacious, comfortable condos are located in Keystone's original village where the atmosphere is festive year round, and activities happen just outside your doorstep. With a playground nearby, ice skating on Keystone Lake, plus restaurants and retail shops all just steps away, families will especially love staying at Lakeside Village. Each townhome has a private entrance and is decorated with cozy mountain-inspired furnishings. Two- and three-bedroom homes are sized from 1,300 to 2,000 square feet and comfortably sleep from four to 10 people. Each includes a complete kitchen and pull-out sofa.

The Seasons provides a secluded alpine ambiance with convenient access to world-class skiing and snowboarding, award-winning Keystone restaurants, shopping, and beautiful Keystone Lake. The Seasons Townhomes are just a short shuttle ride to the Keystone Ski Resort lifts, which provide skiers and snowboarders with access to more than 3,100 acres of skiable terrain on three peaks. In the winter, Keystone Lake transforms into the largest outdoor Zamboni-maintained ice rink in North America, perfect for a family or romantic outing. At The Seasons, a large shard outdoor hot tub awaits after a powder day on the slopes of Keystone Resort. Black Bear Lodge Condos are located in the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village, just 100 yards to the ski slopes. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. Amenities at Black Bear Lodge include outdoor hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, fire pit and bbq grills. There is also a pool table in the common area, a fitness room, ski lockers and two laundry rooms for guest use. A heated underground parking garage means that you won’t be scraping ice off your car, although for this central a location, a car is not necessary. During summer season, River Run Village is a hub for activities and festivals.

Silver Mill is located in the heart River Run Village - offering convenience and a lively village atmosphere! This property is a short walk away from all skier services, including the River Run Gondola and Summit Express High-Speed Quad, and child and adult Ski and Ride School. In the summer, many of the Keystone signature events take place in the Village, including our famous Bluegrass and Beer Festival and the Blue Ribbon Bacon Tour. These family friendly condos, with mountain-inspired furnishings, feature full kitchens and comfortable living spaces. Each reservation is provided one complimentary parking space in our heated garage. The Silver Mill Lodge is located in the heart of River Run Village where shopping, dining, and events are steps from the front door. Walk to the gondola which is only about 200 yards away. Guests at the Silver Mill Lodge have access to three outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool located at the River Run Village. Additional onsite amenities include laundry facilities, free parking and shuttle service.

With a ski-in/ski-out lobby on the slopes of River Run, and easy access to the ski lifts, The Timbers Condominiums offer the perfect luxurious accommodations that you have been searching for. Access to skiing is via a skier bridge off the first floor of the building. Grab a cup of hot chocolate or coffee from the complimentary Keurig and watch the skiers glide down River Run or put on your own ski gear and cruise out to the Summit Express Chairlift. The Oro Grande Condominiums are located just across the highway from Keystone Mountain. You are just 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain and 35 minutes to Vail.
